Jared White is recognized for his powerful voice, commanding stage presence, and versatility across opera and musical theater. He has performed with regional opera companies, theaters, and touring productions throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Jared’s opera credits include Ben in The Telephone (Tacoma Opera), The Father in Hansel & Gretel (NOISE), Betto in Gianni Schicchi (Tacoma Opera), Morales in Carmen (Bellevue Opera), Sheriff Byrd in the world premiere of Tacoma Method (Tacoma Opera), Papageno and Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte (NOISE), and Schlendrian in Coffee Cantata (Ladies Musical Club).

In musical theater, he has starred as Trent Oliver in The Prom (Auburn Community Players), The Beast in Beauty and the Beast (Leavenworth Summer Theatre), and Baron Elberfeld in The Sound of Music (Leavenworth Summer Theatre). Other notable performances include Mr. Brownlow in Oliver! (Bellevue Opera) and Sergeant of Police in Pirates of Penzance (Seattle Gilbert & Sullivan Society).

A passionate advocate for opera as a vibrant, evolving, and accessible art form, Jared serves on the Board of Directors for the Lowbrow Opera Collective, an organization committed to bringing fresh, relevant operatic works to diverse audiences. With a deep appreciation for both tradition and innovation, he actively contributes to multiple committees, where he plays a key role in shaping productions—from evaluating bold new compositions to designing and constructing immersive sets. His dedication extends beyond performance, as he strives to make opera an engaging and relatable experience for modern audiences.
